  1. Customizations consisting of Text (Only):

    Input your Custom Text in the Customization Details Box (Step 3.) of the Check-out Page. Give as much detail as possible.

    NOTE: Please validate your Customizations as there are no refunds on Customized purchases.

2. Customizations consisting of both Text and /or a Logo or Photo: Email the attachment(s) to emeraldxpressionsc@gmail.com.

Please add your Order Number in the Subject Line.

3. Processing of Customized Items:

Please allow an additional 2 - 5 days for processing of Custom Items.

What's the difference between score and engrave?

Scoring is a single line that gives you an outline.

Engraving will fill the area with a solid fill.
